Cyprien Boulet (1877 – 1927)

Cypriene Eugène Boulet was a French painter who had studied under Jean-Paul Laurens, Fernand Cormon, and Louis-Joseph-Raphael Collin. During his lifetime, Boulet exhibited in salons and received many awards, including being knighted by the Legion d’Honneur and the gold medal from the salon of French artists. Boulet’s work can be found in the collections of Musée des Augustins in Toulouse, the Nice Museum of Fine Arts; the Petit Palais in Paris; and the Pinacotheque State of São Paulo in Brazil.
